The length is stated on the roll (the width is 53 cm).
In the case of plain wallpaper, one roll is enough for four lengths
at a room height of 2.5 m. For patterned wallpaper, one roll is
usually enough for three lengths. Measure the room's perimeter and
deduct e.g. 2 metres for windows and doors to arrive at the number
of running metres. For example, if you have 4+4+3+3 m = 14 metres
of wall minus 2 m = 12 metres you will need 24 lengths (one length
is 53 cm wide). Each roll provides four lengths, so you will need
six rolls.
A normal roll is 10.05 m long, and the number of lengths it will
provide depends on the pattern. The table below shows the
requirement for various room measurements at a room height of 2.5
m.
